El espectáculo Mugarri de Jokai Produkizioak ofrece dos miradas, dos historias, y un solo lugar, la frontera de Ibardin.
La primera mirada, la de María, pastora; vive en una cabaña, en lo alto del Ibardin, donde pacen sus ovejas. Sus historias cuentan vivencias de años convulsos por sucesos políticos: la Guerra Civil, la posguerra, la 2ª Guerra Mundial. La segunda mirada, la de Kontxi, hija de aquella, que transformará la cabaña en posada. Sus vivencias tienen que ver con los problemas que suceden hoy en la frontera: la migración y las decisiones políticas que afectan al día a día de quienes viven en torno a la frontera.
El teatro y la música de raíz son los ejes sobre los que pivota el espectáculo. Es un proyecto transfronterizo, y combina elementos de música tradicional, con la txalaparta como centro, con otros instrumentos: violín, violoncelo, guitarra y voces. Tomando como base historias que pasan.
