La obra, centrada en los hechos ocurridos en 1994 en Montevideo —cuando la extradición de ciudadanos vascos acusados de pertenecer a ETA provocó una manifestación masiva y una brutal represión policial, conocida como los Sucesos del Hospital Filtro— busca no solo recordar el episodio histórico, sino reflexionar sobre temas como el asilo político, la justicia y la solidaridad internacional.
Una pieza de teatro documental que toma como referencia materiales como la transcripción de la cámara de los representantes, extractos del juicio, libros, material audiovisual documental, diarios y periódicos, entrevistas, etc.
