La ternura obtuvo el Premio Max al Mejor Espectáculo Teatral en 2019, esta comedia de Alfredo Sanzol inspirada en Shakespeare combina humor y emoción para hablar del amor y sus contradicciones.
La historia sigue a una reina y sus hijas que, huyendo de matrimonios impuestos, naufragan en una isla donde coinciden con un leñador y sus hijos; a partir de ahí, disfraces, enredos y romances inesperados desencadenan una divertida y tierna aventura.
En palabras de su autor, La ternura "trata de la imposibilidad de protegernos del daño que produce el amor”. Es una divertida trama de enredos y enamoramiento que muestra siempre, con una sonrisa, que “sin ternura, el amor no se ve”.
