La obraFronteras que protagonizan Eneko Sagardoy y Carolina Yuste es teatro urgente. Y seguirá siendo urgente mientras el mar siga siendo la tumba de miles de migrantes, mientras el fuego amigo bombardee el hotel de un periodista “incómodo” para la versión oficial de los hechos, mientras se censure una obra literaria o se persiga a un cineasta, o se torture a una actriz o se sepulte bajo un burka a una maestra o mientras silencien voces en nombre de Dios, el presidente, el partido, el jefe, el padre o la complicidad de un mundo dominado por el miedo y el interés.
Fronteras narra la historia de Sebastián, un reportero joven e idealista recién salido de la universidad al que el azar lleva a hacer la primera y más emblemática foto de un –por aquél entonces– semi desconocido Osama Bin Laden, catapultándolo a la fama tras los atentados del 11S. Al mismo tiempo, en la ciudad siria de Homs, una anónima grafitera adolescente que ha perdido a su padre a manos del régimen de Bashar Al Assad, se ve obligada a abandonar su país en un desesperado intento de alcanzar Europa.
