La obra Desobedienteak 18/98de Tanttaka Teatroa va del juicio de la causa 18/98 a la universidad y de la universidad al mundo, y la pieza nos transporta a los cimientos de la desobediencia civil recorriendo su funcionamiento y explicando su necesidad y pertinencia en la sociedad actual.
Ainhoa, una joven recién doctorada en Ciencias Políticas, defiende, ante un tribunal académico, su tesis doctoral; una tesis que aborda la desobediencia civil como práctica de lucha vigente y necesaria en nuestras democracias a la vez que recorre, a través de ejemplos cargados de significado, la decisiva impronta de la desobediencia civil en la historia y conquista de derechos civiles de la humanidad.
En paralelo, la obra nos sumerge de pleno en el polémico macro proceso judicial que, partiendo de unas diligencias abiertas por el juez Garzón, fue el sumario 18/98 en el que asistimos al procesamiento de varias personas que defendían los derechos civiles desde una fundación vinculada a movimientos sociales.
