Un viaje sin retorno, protagonizada por Ana Ruiz y Álex Gadea, es la historia de Chelito y Federico, dos personas corrientes que por accidente se adentran en el quebradizo mundo del espectáculo y del que no consiguen salir ilesos. Una historia de amor y supervivencia donde el éxito oculta pérdidas, renuncias y sueños rotos en la España de los años cincuenta. Un espectáculo que revive la música de aquella época, a través del personaje de Chelito Gallardo, una artista de aquel momento.

Esta comedia dramática dirigida por Ernesto Caballero es una alegoría sobre la fantasía del éxito y sus consecuencias. Y parte de la premisa de que el éxito no siempre es un buen compañero de viaje.
