El músico donostiarra Antton Valverde recibirá el Adarra Saria de 2025 el 21 de junio, a las 19:30, en el Teatro Victoria Eugenia, de manos de Eneko Goia, alcalde de Donostia/San Sebastián. Seguidamente, con su inseparable piano, Valverde ofrecerá un sobrio y elegante directo acompañado por notables músicos.
Antton Valverde es, a sus 82 años, uno de los artistas en activo más prolíficos de la Euskal Kantagintza. Fiel a su estilo, nos propone nuevas canciones que surgen de su refinado gusto a la hora de musicalizar poemas de autores como Miren Agur Meabe, Harkaitz Cano o Tere Irastortza. En este concierto, además, tendremos el placer de volver a escuchar una selección de esas canciones ya convertidas en verdaderos clásicos, que han posibilitado al público conocer a autores universales como Lizardi, Gandiaga, Mirande, Orixe, Lete o Lauaxeta.
Las poetas Miren Agur Meabe y Tere Irastortza participarán en el concierto recitando algunos versos.
