“¿Hace falta algo más? A veces sí, a veces no. Y en esta pequeña gira, no va a hacer falta nada más, os lo aseguro.
Durante las firmas de discos de la promoción de Aunque estemos muertos, David Lads (nuestro pianista) y yo, dimos una serie de pequeños conciertos a piano y voz. Nunca antes lo había hecho, y descubrí una manera distinta, profunda, sencilla y limpia de disfrutar de mi voz y de sentir la música y mis canciones. Como digo, fueron pocos conciertos, muy cortos, y en recintos no pensados para este fin. Así que me quedé con unas tremendas ganas de desarrollar el formato y llevarlo a un teatro: sin duda, el lugar perfecto (cada vez lo tengo más claro) para cualquier manifestación escénica. Después de una larga gira con toda la banda, el montaje técnico, las visuales, el diseño de luces, los grandes recintos y festivales… va a ser reconfortante volver al corazón de la canción en estos pequeños teatros, y enfrentarse a ella desnuda. Y que sea ella la única y absoluta protagonista del espectáculo. Espero que lo disfrutéis tanto como, estoy seguro, lo vamos a disfrutar David y yo.
