Protagonizada por Anabel Alonso, Secuencia 3 presenta La Celestina en adaptación de Eduardo Galán y dirección de Antonio C. Guijosa.
Calisto, un joven noble apuesto, penetra en la huerta donde se halla a Melibea, de quien queda profundamente enamorado. Ante el rechazo de ésta y aconsejado por su criado Sempronio, decide encomendar su cuidado a Celestina, para lograr por medio de ella el amor de Melibea. La alcahueta consigue mediante artimañas que Melibea se enamore de Calisto.
Los criados de éste intentan explotar un beneficio propio a la pasión de su amo: que había prometido una cadena de oro a Celestina si le ayudaba a rendir la voluntad de Melibea. Cuando esto sucede, los criados reclaman su parte y ante la negativa de Celestina, la matan. Son apresados y ejecutados por la justicia.
En el último encuentro de Calisto y Melibea, el joven mancebo al saltar la tapia del huerto de Melibea para socorrer a su criado Sosia cae y muere. Lo que lleva al suicidio de Melibea ante la mirada compungida de su padre Pleberio, quien finaliza la tragicomedia con unas reflexiones morales y existencialistas.
